I will get your property online and visible to potential future guests.

The Pricing

I work with you to identify and refine the best rate for your property based on detailed analysis of the local market.

Seasonality, peak holiday times, and local events are all considered in the pricing strategy to accurately reflect market conditions.

The Guest

All guests are qualified for your peace of mind and I will quickly respond to the needs of all current and future guests.

Your property will always feel like a home away from home for your guests. From freshly baked bread, to fresh flowers or a lit fire for your guests arrival. Whatever it is, i’ve got it! A bespoke service that I know makes all the difference.

The Urgent

Local and reliable trades are used to ensure the highest quality of service to resolve any urgent issues that might arise at your property.

The Regular

I am a committed to ensuring that your property is well-maintained all year round, not just during guest stays. From managing the regular waste removal, to caring for your garden and liaising with any regular services you engage for your property upkeep where required.

The Fees

Ongoing Service Fee

17% of rental income (+ GST)
